About

Founded in 2019, Mount Horeb Christian School (MHCS) is a Jesus-centered, fully accredited preschool, elementary school, and middle school of academic excellence. MHCS partners with Impact Christian Schools and participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program! 

Our original campus is safely housed in the facilities of Life Church, just on the west end of Mount Horeb, WI, and has been the home of our Kindergarten-8th Grade students since the day it opened.  We have joyfully been serving families in Mount Horeb and the surrounding rural communities.

After collaborating with Sonshine Christian Preschool, we absorbed an already excellent staff and program to begin serving preschool-aged students in and around Mount Horeb. Our newly opened preschool is home to 3K and 4K students and is housed alongside the facilities of our main school.

We are excited to announce that Mount Horeb Christian School includes state-of-the-art construction - classrooms, an athletic field and more were completed for the last school year! This expansion increases our building use to 30,000+ square feet and includes: 13 classrooms, indoor full-court gymnasium/auditorium, computer, science, art, and music rooms, cafeteria, two playgrounds, gaga ball pit, volleyball, outdoor football/soccer field and basketball court and 1.5-mile nature trail (winding throughout 35 acres) for our families to enjoy!
